Request removal of your personal data
Important: This will permanently delete all data associated with your account including contacts, conversations, and message history. This action cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your user account and profile information
- All contacts and their data
- All conversation and message history
- Broadcast campaigns and analytics
- WhatsApp Business Account credentials stored in the system
How to request deletion
If you are an admin, you can delete all workspace data immediately from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete All Data inside the app.
To delete your individual account or if you are not an admin, submit the form below and we will process your request within 30 days.
